Built by the team
behind CraftBot.

Craftbot.live is the official cloud home of CraftBot, run by CraftOS, the same team that builds the open-source agent.

Words from the builder

How will the white-collar workspace look in the future? That has always been our top question. Will it be voice only? A single chat panel? Or a hologram interface like the one in Iron Man?

Our answer: all of them, each fitting a different use case. CraftBot already supports them, and you can talk to your agent by voice or text. But there is one thing we do differently: we specialize in giving humans and agents a shared workspace to collaborate in. We call this system Living UI.

A Living UI can be a dashboard, an internal tool, or a web app that is built, iterated on, and even operated by CraftBot itself.

You, the human, control a Living UI visually: clicking buttons, reading graphs, dragging and dropping. The agent controls it through the AG-APP protocol, over HTTP or the CLI, and the Living UI can trigger the agent back the same way.

This way, human and agent collaborate in the same space. You are no longer limited to a chat window or an artifact: you can automate your work and watch that automation run, changing dynamically in front of you.

It is a new concept, of course, borrowing from generative UI, CLI-first tooling, and open source. And if you want to help build it, you are welcome: contribute to CraftBot itself, or add a new Living UI to the Living UI collection.

How the pieces fit

  • CraftOS is the team. We build agent software in the open at craftos.net.
  • CraftBot is the agent. It is open source, and you can self-host it from the GitHub repository on your own machine or VPS.
  • CraftBot Live is this service: the official managed hosting for CraftBot. We run a private, always-on instance for you, with persistent memory and a dashboard, so there is no VPS, Docker, SSH, or Python setup. It runs the same runtime as the open-source agent, so skills, MCP servers, and Living UI work as-is, and you can move between self-hosted and hosted at any time.
